How do I submit a request?

After your thirty minute onboarding call, you'll receive access to your own ClickUp board, where you can view and manage ongoing projects. To create a request, you merely click the + button on your board and add the task to our queue directly. We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request automations using Notion. Some common ways clients submit requests is directly via Notion, sharing flow charts, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Notion, it's fair game.

We understand you may not have enough automation work to fill up the entire month. Maybe you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 4-week (28 day) period. Let's say you join and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause. This means that the billing cycle will be paused from the end of the current 28-day period. Whenever you're ready to restart, we can kick off the new monthly plan immediately (even if it's only a few days after you paused). Whether you need us for a month or a year, the choice is yours. Just feel free to come back when you have additional needs.

What do you mean by '100% satisfied'?

Our project management flow includes a simple way to request changes or revisions after a delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with the systems you receive (think sales, hiring, onboarding, etc), you'd simply leave a comment and we'd continue revising your deliverable until you are. No worries! We'll continue to revise the automation until you're 100% satisfied. If at any point in your first 30 days you don't feel this was the right decision, we'll refund your payment and remove our automations with no hard feelings. The reason we offer this guarantee is because we are so confident in the high-quality nature of our work that we're yet to have a single refund request. If you're not 100% satisfied with your service, we'll keep working for free until you are.

What do you mean by '100% satisfied'?

What does 'unlimited' mean?

You can submit an unlimited number of requests. Most clients often have 10-15 in the queue at any one time, and their board acts as a to-do list. Our team works on one at a time (prioritized by you), and our average turnaround time on a system deliverable is between 1-4 days. The moment we're done, we get to work on the next. In this way, we often deliver 10+ systems per month (whereas an in-house hire might deliver one or two).
